This apartment has 3 rooms on 80 squaremeters. Because of its excellent location right next to the Donaukanal at the edge of the inner city it is a perfect starting point for any sightseeing tour in the 1st district. The two bedrooms which are equipped with double beds make this apartment also suitable for bigger families up to 6 persons. All inner city sights are in reach of a short walk. The bright rooms, the parquet flooring and the cosy furniture make this holiday and business apartment a splendid place to stay. Because it’s located in a calm side street you don’t have to worry about traffic noise at all and may enjoy a good night sleep.

Location:

The apartment is right next to Schwedenplatz, which is located at the Donaukanal with its many stylish bars and clubs. Schwedenplatz is one of the most important points of intersection in and around the center. From here you are perfectly connected to Vienna’s excellent transporting system: 3 underground lines (U1, U2, U4) and many other trains and buses offer connections in practically all directions. From the apartment you can walk to any sight within the first district, like the Stephansdom, the Kaisergruft, Burgtheater, Staatsoper, but also the elegant shopping streets Kärntner Straße and Am Graben and countless restaurants, traditional Viennese coffeehouses, bars and clubs from where you can easily walk back home.

Features:

The living room is equipped with a king size couch where you may relax from a stressful sightseeing tour and watch cable tv. If necessary the couch also offers a place to sleep for two more people. To surf the web or check your e-mails there is a free WiFi with high speed internet installed. So you are also able to listen to music we put a stereo center inside which allows to plug in iPhones or iPods. Meals are served at the little dinette in the corner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, frisge and freezer, various coffee making facilities (Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, Diavolo), water cooker, cutlery as well as dishes.

Both bedrooms have a double bed, your clothes can be stored in the spacious cupboard.

The bathroom is equipped with bath tub, washbasin and mirror. Fresh towels and a hair dryer are ready for your daily body care.

Rates for long-term rental periods include a weekly cleaning service along with fresh sheets and towels as well as final cleaning services.

We kindly request a 20% deposit upon confirmation of your reservation. You will receive our bank account data following your booking request. The remaining amount is payable either by bank transfer a few days before your arrival, or in cash or by credit card when we hand you the keys to your apartment.

Children do not count as additional persons.
