Spaceous 78 sqm and 2 bedrooms offer enough space for up to 6 persons. The kitchen-diner, with more than 40 sqm, is equipped with a large corner-sofa, a dining table, 40″ Flatscreen TV, free cable TV and Highspeed Internet Access and one Hifi compact system.

The kitchen itself is fully equipped, for the daily routine as well as for preparing your own meals. Both sleeping rooms lead into an inner-yard and guarantee a relaxing and quiet sleep.

Rates for long-term rental periods include a weekly cleaning service along with fresh sheets and towels as well as final cleaning services.

We kindly request a 20% deposit upon confirmation of your reservation. You will receive our bank account data following your booking request. The remaining amount is payable either by bank transfer a few days before your arrival, or in cash or by credit card when we hand you the keys to your apartment.

Children do not count as additional persons.
